Thank you for your interest in creating artwork for APOD’s 2025/26 posters!

We would like to select one artist to represent all of our shows this season. Our marketing committee will review all submissions and determine who that will be.

What are we looking for:

For each of our posters, we are looking for a strong, single-subject image – an overall square shape is best. We want original artwork. (Not clip art or AI generated)

We have a graphic designer who can take the images and create a poster and other promo pieces around it. However, if you prefer to do the full poster that is an option as well.

Timeline: We will need final artwork for our Nov and Dec shows by early September and final artwork for our June and August shows by late February.

All approved artwork will become the property of APOD and will be used in a variety of promotional materials for both the current and future needs.

The artist will receive tickets to each of the shows this season or program advertising or some combination, (all negotiable).

– A few samples (just photos) of your past work so we can get an idea of your style.

-2 simple sketches of an idea – one for each of two of the shows this season. (You pick which shows!)
